  historic Kampong property. A magnificent live oak tree highlights the ent
 rance before visitors pass through a formal gateway with framed views of t
 he estate. The gravel driveway curves past grottos\, offering glimpses of 
 the 1901 historic house and Biscayne Bay\, ending in a turnaround where a 
 relocated Shaving Brush tree serves as a focal point.&nbsp\;The estate gar
 den is a series of thoughtfully designed spaces that showcase the property
