We are pleased to announce is now complete on av福利社 Archipedia. With entries including iconic modernist structures to those inspired by California’s car culture, this list of the state’s most representative buildings and landscapes was compiled by Emily Bills and includes contributions from over sixty authors.
av福利社 Archipedia is an interactive, media-rich online encyclopedia of American architecture developed by the Society of Architectural Historians in collaboration with the University of Virginia Press. Over 19,000 building histories, photographs, maps, and essays from the Society's award-winning series are available online to av福利社 members and institutional subscribers in av福利社 Archipedia. Its open access counterpart, av福利社 Archipedia Classic Buildings, is available to the public at and contains peer-reviewed essays, photos, and maps for more than 4,100 structures in all 50 states.
